Returns

 

We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

• Software-related products, including mapping cards, are non-refundable under all circumstances, even if unopened.

• Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused.

 

Refunds may be issued for:

 

• Unshipped paid orders

• Prepaid or preordered items that have not yet shipped

• A 3% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged to us by payment processors, including PayPal and credit card providers.
